Ecova provide a comprehensive portfolio management service for all our bureau clients. Using a thorough mobilisation process, we set up a database of portfolio information to fully reflect each client’s estate.
This data includes:
- Property details, including full postal address, floor areas, occupancy, site contact details
- Meter details, including MPANs/MPRs/SPID’s, supply capacities, annual quantities, and CCL/VAT statuses
- Supply contract details, tariff details, unit rates, fixed charges, and passthrough charges
- Utility account numbers, cost codes, departmental apportionments, and reporting groups
In addition, we also collect historical invoice and consumption data such as HH/AMR.
We record all updates such as meter replacements, disconnections and upgrades, changes of supplier and change of owner, this feeds into our validation service to ensure you only pay supplier invoices that you are responsible for. We work closely with suppliers to ensure change of tenancies are completed quickly and correctly.
We regularly carry out portfolio reviews across the database to identify potential missing or erroneous data.
